This poor little guy got a little sunburn-- Who'd-a-thought-being in much more snow than we were expecting! What were we thinking? Sorry Garrett- I learned my lesson about the sun for the year!
Griffin ended up thowing-up all over me, right when we got there. That called for an interesting wardrobe change for all of us, but by the looks of it- he was just fine and cute as ever.
Maybe one day Drew will actually do a real smile for me!! Oh well funny guy! He loves doing this stuff though-
OHHHHH-----What would we do without Shannon and Calvin to go have our crazy adventures with? Calvin was determined that we'd find some horns along this steep mountain face where they'd seen some elk earlier- We should've known we were in for it, when we had to break trail up the snowy road with the four-wheelers first. Drew had a good run at the trail, but jumped off the wheeler to run along side to make it go further, but about 5 yards later he sank in the snow to his waist, the four-wheeler stayed on top of the snow and the wheel was spinning out on the top of his leg. It was actually pretty dang funny- I wish I would've taken the camera up the hill with us. I don't know what we were thinking. We only had to walk about a block to a different part of the hill that the snow wasn't as deep, but we all took a turn disappearing under the snow every other step to get there. Good thing our boys were so light, they stayed on top of the snow pretty good. It turned out to be a pretty fun day after all was said and done.
